Concept Renovations is top notch. Every day I knew who was coming and what time and they stayed until they finished cleaning up. I never had one complaint. My bathroom was completed on time, within the budget, and in an extremely professional manner.

Jacob remodeled our outdated kitchen to exactly the design we wanted. We worked with his designer to help pick out tile, flooring and fixtures. His crew was very clean and wore masks the whole time. I will definitely be having him come back to do our outdoor cabana and pool when our plans are ready.

Jacob and Concept Renovations flawlessly managed a massive and complete renovation of 1700 square feet from the studs up. Jacob was kind, patient, fair, honest and on schedule more than any contractor I’ve ever worked with. I triple bid the full project and Jacobs prices never made me feel like i was being ripped off or penny pinched. He went above and beyond and all of his guys and subcontractors were incredible. Even when I’d get meticulous abt tiny details or changes he was understanding and still moved at a fast but thorough pace. His east coast style is no Bullshit and his style is one that gets stuff done and done right. Would highly recommend Jacob and Concept for any project big or small and looking forward to having him work on another one of my homes.
